True quality, is a test of will!

Never compromising on quality.  This principle has become the culture at Artificer; Thus, any partner that does not adhere to this principle will eventually be eliminated by us. 

 

Whenever there has been any chance for potential defect of a new product, we have to halt production at the last moment. It is always very disappointing and discouraging!  But persevering to the end has proven that all these accumulated past experiences to date have become the quality standard and foundation upon which we are based.

 

I can never forget the smiles and elation we felt when AERO Technology passed and received certification for EN71/TTRI/ SGS and Atomic Energy Testing.  Our entire team were filled with pride similar to that found when mountain climbers summit any peak.  

 

From the start to now, our biggest encouragement is not how many products have been sold but is the satisfaction we have received by each one of our customers.  We will continue to introduce great products to enhance the lives of people who care for their well-being as well as their friends and loved ones.
