• When sending back product for repair, please send us the complete product and not just the damaged part.  Repair will be rejected if only the damaged part is received. 

• Products needing repair or servicing must be sent using registered mail or other courier services which can be traced.  If sent using regular mail services (and cannot be traced), the customer must bear the risk of loss of goods.

• All shipping charges for the island of Taiwan is NTD80, for other regions, the shipping costs will be per actual cost provided by the method of shipping required.  For any questions, please contact our customer service.

• If you have registered your product with us through our website, please ensure the accuracy of your name and registration details.  We will be offering free shipping for return of serviced product (Taiwan only).
